~ Location: Phoenix, Arizona ~ This job is located in the ever-so-lovely Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Though we do not offer a remote position for this role, we do offer a flexible hybrid policy, where you may work 2 days from home and the other 3 days in office.

At BlueOptima, you will be joining our rapidly scaling Phoenix office as we grow our operations in the Americas. You will benefit from in-depth technical and sales training, on-going support, feedback, and professional development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Seek and reach out to Senior Executives of Enterprise Companies, through a variety of tools and cold outreach methods
  • Utilize a range of consultative sales techniques to understand key issues and deliver solutions to Fortune 500 Companies
  • Have direct contribution in Client Meetings and Demonstrations
  • Understand Key Sales Metrics in order to make decisions on your pipeline
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert

  • Base Salary $40-45k + annual bonus + uncapped commission
