What You Will Do

We are looking for an Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in taking ResQ to new heights by taking full control of sourcing and closing new business.

As an Account Executive at ResQ you will be contributing in the following areas:

  • Full Sales Cycle - You will execute on sales strategies by taking full ownership of the entire sales cycles - generating leads, reaching out, qualifying, conducting demos, onboarding and closing. You will prioritize and organize sales pipeline for maximum conversion.
  • Tracking and Achieving Targets -You will experiment different "out of the box" ways to generate and close new leads. You are highly metrics-driven and relentless in exceeding your targets.
  • Relationship Building - You will maintain close relationships and build a high level of trust with our customers. Our customers help us grow by referring us to other potential customers. You will ensure our customers are receiving the best experience as they are helping us drive our acquisition and growth engine.
  • Demand Generation - You will work closely with our marketing and business development team to develop account-based strategies to build pipeline

About You

  • You have 2+ years experience in full sales cycle in a fast-growth environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of sales processes and the importance of moving opportunities through the funnel.
  • You have a high level of comfort communicating with senior restaurant executives, owners, restaurant staff and vendors - our customers and vendors are busy running their businesses and you should be comfortable dealing with them.
  • You take Extreme Ownership in everything you do - it's one of our core operating principles.
  • You are open to transparent feedback as we encourage open dialogue and provide candid feedback to help each other succeed.
  • You have a customer-first mindset as we are obsessed with customer experience and setting new standards for excellent service
  • You are an ambitious top performer, you persevere through intense obstacles.
  • You have a data and metric-driven mindset with an unwavering dedication towards achieving your and company's targets.
  • You have experience with sales management tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Experience in the restaurant industry or technology marketplaces considered an asset.
