Description: As a Sales Development Representative, you'll surface new sales opportunities for a quota-carrying sales executive to drive and ultimately close new business. These are often five, six, and seven-figure deals that take 60 day to 6+ months to close

What You'll Be Doing

  • Utilizing a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads
  • Prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities to hand over to the AEs
  • Maintaining industry and technology knowledge to ensure that you remain a trusted resource for prospects and customers and can successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Developing and maintaining daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to territory hours, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect titles
  • Weekly Activities for Warm Inbound Leads
  • MQL (warm leads) to SQL (opportunity accepted by AE) conversion - 35%
  • Weekly Activities for Outbound Pipeline Generation

What We Look For

  • Minimum 9 months of pipeline generation experience
  • Minimum 9 months working as an SDR for a B2B SaaS company in a Salesforce ecosystem
  • Track record of hitting a monthly SQL quota
  • Track record of exceeding monthly quota vs peers
