Position Overview

The Wisely sales org is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our fast-paced and growing team!

What you’ll do: 

  • Meet or exceed your monthly quota 
  • Be an expert at demoing our full suite of products 
  • Accurately forecast and keep pipeline current 
  • Keep detailed notes to provide an excellent buying experience 
  • You will have uncapped earning potential 
  • Build your skills as an entrepreneur; be challenged to improve every day 
  • We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, regardless of position or tenure 

Who you are: 

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling complex solutions
  • Experience in longer sales cycles (3-6 months) and six-figure deal sizes involving multiple stakeholders
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota 
  • Hunter mentality, always looking to grow pipeline and create sales opportunities
  • Highly self-motivated and committed 
  • Tenacity and will to persevere through adversity 
  • An unshakeable belief in yourself 
  • High energy, fun spirit, enjoy using new technology 
  • Burning desire to learn and improve — coachable 
  • Resourceful, collaborative, and motivated 

Required Skills: 

  • Build your own pipeline through networking and asking for referrals, cold calling, emailing—and tactics that you’ve successfully implemented in previous roles 
  • Ability to engage prospects, build credibility and utilize sales techniques to move clients through their buying journey, including effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling, and closing 
  • Qualify (and disqualify) prospects; invest time accordingly 
  • Maintain existing relationships, and gain referrals 
  • Build peer relationships with owners and management of target accounts 
  • Empathy and excellent listening skills 
  • Clear, concise communication with clients and teammates 
  • Past experience using Salesforce daily 

Not required but nice to have: 

  • Experience in Restaurant Tech or selling into restaurant chains
  • Experience working in a restaurant or for a restaurant concept
