Loftware’s Sales Team is enjoying significant growth and is expanding its US operations by hiring an additional US. Mid-Market Account Manager. Our headquarters are in beautiful Portsmouth, NH, but this role will ideally be remote and based in the territory assigned.

The Account Manager will work closely with our large installed base of accounts to migrate customers to our newer array of cloud-based solutions, as well as executing and closing new business with “new logo” prospective customers.

Job Overview

Enterprise Labeling Solutions are mission critical to our customers in assuring efficiency across the breadth of their product lifecycles and supply chains. Our customer’s demand a dynamic, agile, high-performance solution that is integrated with their ERP, WMS, PLM, MES and related supply chain applications. They also demand a rapid return on their technology investments.

The Mid-Market Account Manager role requires sales agility, and the ability to understand customer’s business processes, workflows and supply chains. This is not typically a transactional or point-to-point sale. Our engagements are challenging, fun, and result in direct improvements to our customer’s businesses.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of successful Cloud-based or SaaS solutions sales as an individual contributor and quota-achiever
  • Experience selling a business process optimization solution is a plus. Experience in the Supply Chain tech space is also a plus.
  • Successful experience penetrating existing accounts and winning new logos
  • Experience with salesforce.com and managing a productive and accurate sales pipeline
  • Skilled selling to and working with multiple roles and levels within a customer’s organization, ultimately presenting your solutions and pricing to decision-makers to accomplish positive outcomes
  • Working knowledge of solution and value-selling methodologies
  • Verifiable track record of achieving/exceeding quota
  • Solid organizational, time management and remote working skills
  • Travel is limited, but the territories are large and some air travel to your larger opportunities will be required
  • Skilled at working effectively and cooperatively with virtual, cross-functional teams including Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services.

Location: This is a remote position, however, the ideal candidate will reside in the North Central US Territory (MI, WI, MN, MT, WY, NE, IA, ND, SD). 

The Mid-Market Account Manager will report to the U.S. Director of the group, and work alongside a team of peer sales pros, Solution Architects and cross-functional specialists at Loftware.
