Sales Development Representative

The ideal candidate one who easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. This position requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills and tight collaboration with the sales team to generate new opportunities.
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts
- Interact with prospects via telephone and email with a high attention to detail
- Quickly learn Supply Chain concepts and the GIB product suite
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of lead development best practices and procedures
- Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight and limited process
- Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or similar work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Supply Chain or Information Technology industries is preferred
