We prefer that this role is based in either our Colorado Springs, CO or Cleveland, OH offices. However, we are open to fully remote candidates anywhere within the United States.

Manage key business relationships with accounts in your territory
Have a hunter mentality to source and qualify leads, people map and progress deals through the pipeline.
Be fearless when picking up the phone and talking to existing customers, prospects and partners
Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts
Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold calling
Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
Develop strategic territory business plan
Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within SFDC
Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events
We are looking for the following attributes:
A proven sales hunter and closer.
2-10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
Flexible, self-motivated, and resilient
Proven track record of sales experience
Active listening skills and genuine curiosity to uncover customer needs
Obsessed with achieving goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and surpassing KPI targets.
Tech-savvy, a dynamic learner with the ability to break down technical solutions easier for customers to understand
Proficient in Salesforce and/or other CRM and quoting tools
Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Team player with entrepreneurial spirits - you come up with and are willing to try new ideas to achieve greater levels of success.
Experience selling financial management software or ERP’s is a plus
An undergraduate degree is preferred but not required
Accounting background is a plus
