What you'll do

  • Meet with leads and gather business requirements
  • Provide solutions overview to ministry needs
  • Perform work to meet solutions within in-house software suite (CRM)
  • Test and debug your own work
  • Document and deliver full solutions to ministries
  • Provide effective communication to ministries

Who you are

  • Must demonstrate good decision-making and effective business acumen.
  • Must be able to communicate in both written and verbal form.
  • Must be able to think outside the box and provide effective working solutions
  • Must establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Must be able to learn and understand unique processes and provide solutions to ministry needs
  • Must be able to critically think and provide simple solutions to complex requirements
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Knowledgeable of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and focusing on results and value creation
  • Works well with customers and vendors, knows when and how hard to push to maintain a stable and reliable environment
  • Self-motivated and directed
  • Capable of prioritizing and executing of tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of large Non-Profit Ministry operations and best practices
  • 2+ years of professional experience performing consultation, solutions overview services and building CRM systems
  • 1+ years of professional software support
  • Knowledge with respect to the following:
  • TSQL
  • SQL
  • HTML/CSS
  • Report Building
  • Data Analysis
  • Solutions Development
  • Knowledge of toolsets such as:
  • Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Ability to collaborate, validate and assist prioritizing requirements for projects and requests
