The Senior Sales Executive at Kryterion is responsible for achieving personal sales goals by selling client solutions. As a Senior Sales Executive, you develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts. You must have excellent skills in building client relationships and consultative selling.

Your qualifications include a proven track record of demonstrated success selling solutions in a consultative sales process. You will need to meet or exceed quotas consistently. Your work focus is to generate new opportunities, convert leads and grow existing clients’ business.

You represent Kryterion to clients and need to always maintain high work standards of ethics and work in the best interest of the company.

You will report to the Sales Senior Director. You will be part of a sales team, interacting with other individuals in the organization to deliver the best results for clients.

Essential Job Functions:

Generate new accounts and grow existing accounts

• Present a clear value proposition for clients to work with Kryterion

• Set clear personal sales goals and strategies for achieving them

• Build effective relationships with others inside and outside the company

• Meet or exceed sales quotas while supporting sales processes and pricing models

• Support an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and high performance

• Communicate regularly on the status of accounts and opportunities

• Work cooperatively as a team member

• Follow up with clients regularly and is responsive in answering to their requests

Candidate Qualifications:

Experience: 4 years or more of relevant industry and/or SaaS experience desired

• Success: proven past success in sales

understanding their needs and presenting valuable solutions.

of people, in person, online and in writing.

• Problem-Solver: resolve challenges and find opportunities to obtain new business.

• Teamwork: work well with others in the Sales team. The Senior Sales Executive also needs to foster cross-functional collaboration.
