Appstar is leader in tech payment solutions to small businesses, and we are seeking to continue disrupting the industry with our unique, innovative approach. We are looking to grow our inside sales team who are critical to our market penetration strategy.

The Business Development Representatives we are looking for need to be sharp, focused, and goal oriented with a strong desire to launch a career in sales. This is an exciting, constantly evolving, and tech driven industry. Appstar is scaling rapidly and eager to find coachable candidates that can learn and grow with us and achieve our vision for success.

We have all the modern day amenities in our centrally located office from, ongoing ping pong tournaments, electronic hoops setup, kitchens stocked with snacks, company lunches and fun sales events and team bonding. But, beyond that we are focused on training and employee success more than anything else. We are here to grow with you!

Recommended qualifications are:

  • High energy and a infectious attitude
  • 1 - 2 years inside sales/short sales cycle experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Coachability and a desire to learn

Compensation and Benefits:

· Base + Commission + Bonus + Spiffs + Contests OTE $75K - $80K

Day to Day Functions:

- Relationship building and initiation of sales cycle with business owners in the SMB space

- Working hand and hand with Solution Specialists to build custom solutions for small business owners

- Making a high volume of outbound calls from in-house generated warm leads

- Building a sales pipeline

- Continued team and individual training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
