About The Role

Lucidworks Sales Development Reps (SDRs) are a team of creative, quick-thinking, and resourceful hunters looking for new opportunities to fuel the Lucidworks sales pipeline. In this role, you will work closely with our Lucidworks Account Executives, along with current and potential Lucidworks customers. As an SDR, you’ll be spearheading the outbound client acquisition and pipeline creation process, and in many cases will be the first point of contact for prospective new customers.

The SDR team is a critical component of our sales model and presents an outstanding opportunity to hone one’s skills while building a strong foundation in preparation for an exciting and rewarding career with Lucidworks.You will strategically solve challenges and provide practical solutions to prospects. You'll provide insight, product knowledge and qualify their interest. Must have experience in a Sales Development Role, preferably in a software environment. You must have impeccable communication skills, understand fundamentals of lead generation and strategic outreach.

About You

You are a highly motivated (HUNGRY), self-starting individual (AMBITIOUS) who is excited to learn about software solution sales.

You Will:

  • Research accounts to identify key players and leverage Lucidworks thought leadership to prepare content and messaging tailored to our ideal customer profile and personas
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in target and prospect accounts
  • Uncover prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities
  • Accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria to add new opportunities to the total pipeline
  • Evangelize the Lucidworks Solution Stack

You Have:

  • 2-3 years of proven sales development, lead generation, and/or sales experience in a B2B tech environment
  • Bachelors degree, in Computer Science, Business, Technical studies, or equivalent experience
  • Prospecting experience
  • CRM experience and CRM hygiene (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LeadIQ, Gong, & 6sense)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • This role will be hybrid/remote. You MUST be located in Seattle or the surrounding area.

  • Comfortability making 45+ calls a day with excellent daily follow-up documentation
  • Prospect into net new accounts via phone, email, video, and social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously and proactively learn
  • High-energy, positive attitude, and strong desire to improve through coaching
  • Listens with purpose and naturally curious
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Competitive compensation package includes base + commission (60/40 split) and equity.

Estimated hourly base range $23.00 to $26.00/hr dependent on candidate's skills, experience and expertise.

Estimated On Target Earnings: $79000-$87,500.
