Capture is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for responding to lead generation efforts, conducting phone and email outreach, developing customer relationships, and managing prospect data in our company CRM.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), the focus is on activities that will later lead to prospect meetings in order for the Outside and Inside Sales Reps to create and build a pipeline at the front end of the sales cycle. Outbound prospecting will be required using a variety of methods while educating and positioning value for prospective clients.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) works closely with Capture’s marketing team and introduces our solutions to meet individual client needs. This is an engaging role in a fast-paced environment with a base of $45K and an upwards earning potential of $70K.

Researching, identifying, and qualifying target accounts through effective outreach methodologies and effective communication of our value proposition to key decision makers.

Exceeding daily and monthly outreach quotas.

Prospect and lead development via cold calling, emailing, and conference networking.

Providing critical feedback to all areas of the sales and marketing organization to quickly iterate on first contact selling needs and priorities.

Providing research within targeted accounts to qualify prospective buyers and identify key contacts and critical information prior to virtual product demonstration.

Creating appropriate lists of prospects and contacts for email/phone campaigns, conference attendance, etc.

Working with and directly supporting designated Regional Sales Manager within specific territory by development original and purposeful content and strategically co-developing territory plan.

Demonstrating fluency in Capture’s platform’s components


Bachelor’s Degree of Equivalent in Business, or related field

0-2 years’ of B2B Sales experience in an SDR or Inside Sales role

Selling into Higher Education or software is a plus, but not necessary

Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Experience with Zoom, AdobeConnect, Teams, or other online demonstration platforms

Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Must demonstrate initiative, organizational skills and the ability to set and achieve priorities
