About The Role

Our Sales Development program is an excellent place to jumpstart your sales career by building a solid foundation to grow your career in sales with Morphisec. You will have goals across performance as well as skill development set up for you to achieve your career progression from sales development into inside sales.


Your primary responsibility is to generate a pipeline for sales by showing our value and qualifying opportunities. You will be partnering with marketing and sales to execute inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns. This position requires heavy outbound prospecting, qualification, and fluid collaboration with both marketing and sales.


Day To Day You’ll

  • Conduct discovery with prospective buyers and create next steps including scheduling meetings for account executives for further qualification by:
  • Researching and pre-qualifying prospective companies
  • Identifying decision-makers and key influencers
  • Successfully handle and overcome objections
  • Effectively communicate the value of our solution to prospects
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly goals to maximize sales opportunities with outbound emails, calls, and meetings
  • Assist marketing in gathering feedback by representing ‘Voice of Customer’ and reporting on the success of campaigns and lead generation activities

  • Prior experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Bachelor’s degree
