Senior Sales Executive

Evercam is an AI-powered construction technology solution designed to improve productivity and visibility on construction sites around the world. The company is doubling in size every year and on a mission to become the world leader in our sector within 5 years.

We have our first few sales in the US and our first hires are flying. We are now looking for more Superstar Salespeople to join the company and help us conquer the biggest Construction market in the World!

Our Global HQ is Dublin, Ireland, and we also have offices in the UK, Australia and Singapore. The USA is our biggest potential market and you have the opportunity right now to join us at the most important moment in the company's history. By joining Evercam, you have the first opportunity to win the biggest Client’s and earn the biggest commission checks. Proven sales experience is a must, ideally to the Construction Industry. Reporting to Evercam’s Chief Revenue Officer, expect your day to include everything from hitting the phones and booking appointments to closing deals via online and in-person demos.

Responsibilities will include:

- Achieve agreed direct sales revenue by Deals and camera monthly

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting (telesales, LinkedIn, Email) to closing the deal and nurturing client relationships for upsell and cross selling opportunities.

- Grow your pipeline using Construction lead generation platforms, LinkedIn and other sources.

- Manage inbound leads provided by the Marketing Team

- Update Evercam’s CRM system with all meetings, contacts, companies, deals and notes.

- Report progress to Evercam’s CRO in weekly sales meetings

- Attend suitable networking events and tradeshow to represent Evercam across the construction industry in the entire USA and Regional coverage.

- State/Region wide travelling may be required

You could be a strong candidate if:

- You have experience of the full Sales cycle and a proven history of smashing target

- You have sold into the Construction sector or worked in Software sales

- You have the drive and hustle to make things happen.

- You want to get in at the early stage of a company win the best Clients for yourself

Package: ($110K+ OTE) (comprised of salary + uncapped commission + car allowance)
