Assignar is an operations software platform built for construction contractors. We’re a mission-critical business platform for our customers. They have large mobile workforces and heavy equipment, along with complex back-office processes required to run their businesses. With Assignar, they’re able to manage their operations simply as well as gain insights and visibility into their business.

Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team is heavily supported by the marketing team. At Assignar we strive for the best possible customer experience, so cold calling from a phone book is regarded as a last resort. The SDR team plays a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As a SDR you must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, identifying key decision-makers, generating interest, and booking in demos for our Account Executive team.

We’re looking for a talented and resilient Sales Development Representative with a proven track record in B2B demand generation roles. This role offers someone the chance to start their sales career and move towards a closing role, either Account executive or inside sales representative.


  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and other forms of outreach to get in front of our target audience
  • Identify key-decision makers, generate interest within businesses through discovery calls
  • Understand customer needs and requirements before handing opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Maintain and expand our CRM with prospects within your assigned territory
  • Assist with performing effective online and in-person demos to prospect when required.


  • At least 1 year experience in a sales/demand generation role (SaaS Role)
  • Proven high volume inside sales experience (B2B).
  • Track record of over-achieving on targets
  • Strong phone presence and demonstrated resilience to be on the phone all day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded..
  • Experience with other B2B SaaS tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift a plus
