Our company requires an experienced and well-connected Sales Professional to expand and maintain our market share in the United States.  

Role Requirements

We require a successful Sales Professional to:

·        Progress and close existing qualified opportunities

·        Identify and qualify new opportunities.

·        Maintain a substantial opportunity pipeline.

·        Develop & Maintain senior level relationships within mining organisations.

·        Deliver annual revenue targets.

We offer a salary package consisting of generous base salary plus uncapped and hyper commissions. Attractive benefits package including company paid health insurance premiums.

Experience you need

You will have experience managing and growing accounts with high value solutions to mining companies or other businesses. Experience selling high value solutions through a complex process is preferred.

We want candidates who can demonstrate sales success in solutions such as:

·        Workforce development

·        Process optimization

·        Analytics

·        Products where software delivers the solution.

Skills you need

·        Proven ability to sell high value solutions.

·        Know, understand and provide real value to your customers.

·        Educate customers with new insights on products and services to improve their business.

·        Build compelling business cases proving ROI and results with valuable insights and justification for investment.

·        Deliver persuasive presentations and build trust at all levels.

·        Experience in high value multiple stakeholder engagements.

·        Regular travel within the USA and Canada will be required to successfully engage with our customers.
