Sales Development Representative

- Conduct high volume of prospecting calls per day
- Clearly articulate our value proposition and consistently demonstrate a strong understanding for our market
- Work closely and collaboratively with your manager and team to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies
- Track and report on the status of all sales leads.
- Effectively and efficiently connect qualified leads to sales staff for next steps.
- Persistent, enthusiastic demeanor that demonstrates a willingness to engage with prospects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven to learn new skills and build a career in sales
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Competitive in nature, but team oriented
- Technical aptitude to quickly master our sales tools and internal technology
- Ability to work in the San Diego office is required for this position.
