You’re meticulous and organized; the kind of person who never forgets plans or runs out of your kid’s favorite fruit snacks. You know how to track a project from start to finish, and actually get excited at the prospect of loading fresh data into a spreadsheet (we’re the only people on earth who won’t judge you for this). You pick up on complex systems quickly and have a knack for explaining them to other people— you’re the one people ask when they want to understand a play during the football game or can’t figure out how to use a new app.


Most importantly, you love the chase: easy wins have never given you that warm fuzzy feeling the way closing a difficult deal does, and you’re hungry for the sweet ping of your email telling you yet another opportunity has turned into a customer.

Your Duties

Diligently manage the leads process with focused follow up and management of lead stages to ensure that we have full coverage of all inbound leads.


  • Identify and hunt cold prospects not engaged with Swoogo, show them the value of a Swoogo partnership, and build a clean and aggressive pipeline of outbound leads.
  • Qualify, demo and negotiate with prospects leveraging the sales qualification methodology MEDDICC.
  • Manage a clean and accurate pipeline at all times.
  • Provide an accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecast.
  • Consistently exceed your monthly & quarterly targets.
  • Lead a consultative sale by becoming an expert in both the events industry and the Swoogo product.


Must Haves

  • Love the thrill of closing new business
  • Target focused and detail oriented
  • You are a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • 2-5 years of sales experience on an inside sales team
  • A track record of consistently hitting sales targets
  • Excellent pipeline management & time management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A positive can do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Nice to Haves

  • Event technology experience
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Training on MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger Sale, or other solution based selling methods
